  • I do mainly cook my own foods. I don't like ready meals, or takeaway. And rarely eat out anywhere. My main problem is snack foods. Then it ruins my lunch! And once I eat something that's processed, I end up craving crap for the rest of the day
  • Diabetes is what worries me the most! I'm highly sugar sensitive! If love to cut out the sugars, I just struggle knowing exactly what to cut out. A lot of info sites have contradicting info! Thanks
