I don't know about what you're eating but I personally found I didn't lose at first because I was only looking at my calories, but my fat percentage was ridiculous! The weight isn't coming off as quickly as it normally does but I think that's supposed to be healthier, just more frustrating!

I've got a friend (already quite thin) who ears 3 chocolate bars a day instead of meals for 2 weeks before she goes on holiday to lose a few pounds. It works, but it's hardly good for your body.

I love spin! Get such a rush afterwards! Zumba is fun and good cardio but not as intense. I like boxercise as well.

To be honest I can't stand salad and really really hate vegetables, like you I'm more of a processed carb lover but I just eat my veg as quick as I can and cut out all the bread,etc cuz its was eat bread and be fat or eat something you don't like and be thin! I've got 50lb to lose, and just started too, don't worry about not doing it, just track your meals a day at a time. Even when you fall off the wagon, still record it all and don't give up and it will work.

60 mins walking, under my calories, 2 litres of sugar free squash (can't stomach water!). Feeling good about this challenge!

I suffer from them too, had them at the gym because I felt too exposed so I quit the gym and started walking early morning/late evening and bought things like Zumba for the wii, because I don't have panic attacks at home. I used to be on antidepressants, anti anxiety meds and diazepam but don't take the long term ones…

I've had massive binges a couple of times before but because they were surrounded by weeks of healthy eating and exercise I either stayed the same or lost. I'm quite a big build - have size 7 feet ( US 9) and only 5"4. Weigh 184lbs, Wearing size 16 (US 12), my weight always goes on my belly so I've got no bum/legs :( Goal weight is 140 which is what I used to be and I looked slim, but could still eat naughty foods! I'm 27 and no children (thank goodness)!

Hi, I've found the app really good, just making a note of what you're eating really works. I never payed much attention to how many calories are in the pre wrapped stuff. I'm sure you'll get on really well with it. I've been using the app for a few weeks but new to the forum thing.
