I entered this thread more out of curiosity. I had a partial hysterectomy several years ago. I did have an ultrasound done on my ovaries a couple of years ago because of some recurring abdominal pain, but the tech said I had "beautiful ovaries" . . . . whatever. I'm in my mid 40s. I'm just wondering what the symptoms are…

I am currently eating Keto and steadily losing. I've tried many different ways of losing weight. And many of them worked, at least temporarily. But, I struggle with "fast" carbs like bread, pasta, potatoes as they seem to make me more hungry and lose control. I most often fell off the "moderate portion" wagon when I…

Day 1 is done. But honestly I could not even do girlie style push ups with good form. I may have to start with wall push ups.
-
I have zero upper body strength. Will definitely be doing the push ups "girlie style".

September Challenge is up. And, I'm ready!
-
Wow, sorry, I really dropped the ball on the last week of my own challenge. No excuses, but life happens. I am ashamed. Now, I'm ready to give it another go for September. Starting September 1st, same challenge. I am going to add weight to my squats and work a little harder on my form for both the squats and the crunches.…

Day 24 down and so ready for day 25.

Day 23, bam!
-
Day 22 done.
-
Day 21 done. That was tough.
-
Days 19 and 20 done.
-
cbrainnerd809, it's never too late. But, if you really want to do them day by day matching the calendar (like me), hold out for September. I think I want to do this all over again, but adding weights!

Day 18 done. Much better today!
-
Day 17, done. I needed that light day today.
-
Day 16, done.

Day 15 in process. I took measurements at the beginning of this challenge. Checked measurements today, and I have lost a couple of inches off my waist, about an inch off the hips, and weirdly a half inch off one thigh but none off the other, lol. I'm also eating at a deficit, and have lost a pound and a half since…

This is my favorite answer! I'm so doing this if/when I experience this again.

Day 14 - vicious. But it's done.

Day 13 down.

Yeah, our bus driver is a real @ss. She treats our kids differently from all the other kids on the bus. Enforces "rules" on our kids that she never enforces on others. Our kids can do no right, all the other kids can do no wrong. I went around and around with her last year. Found out the supposed rule she was making a big…

Day 12 done. For those finding it is getting easier, congratulations on that! I'm finding the opposite, mainly with the crunches. My core was so weak to start with that my form was horrendous. Now that my core is a little stronger, my form is better, making the crunches much more effective and basically harder. I'm hoping…

First day of school went really well aside from the bus driver assuming the worst and already starting to make my 2 older kids sit with the 2 younger kids, "as a preventative measure" for his behavior. I really dislike our bus driver. But that is beside the point. Anyway, I asked the kids the night before to change out of…

This, except for the rice cakes :s .

Day 11, that had to be a type-o!! Did it, but just barely. Nearly reached muscle failure on those squats.
-
Today I had a home baked, low carb, gluten free, sugar free cinnamon roll with a huge blob of sugar free cream cheese frosting on top! It was delicious. But, that's not one of my usuals. It was a special day, back to school day for the kids!

Ok, MCT Oil, yes I was wondering about it. Matter of fact, I ordered some yesterday as well as a vitamin/supplement combo called HCF, Happy Calm Focus. Aside from that, I think the next time they visit the prescribing physician, I will insist on going. I think Hubby just says everything is fine, and the doc keeps going…

Aserrano79 thank you for giving me a little insight. You have no idea how much that means to me. He constantly interrupts people, and I didn't know why. And, I do think a stimulant med would probably be more effective for him, but DH disagrees and is dead set against it (I am a "Step" so I don't have final say here). So,…

I don't mean to highjack this thread, but you all are the group of people who could probably help me the most. I am trying to go a little high fat low carb with the 7 year old ADHD sufferer in the house. He is on a non-stimulant med, Strattera. But, he really struggled with school last year in spite of it. I've noticed…

Day 10 in progress! B)

Day 9, done, barely. So ready for day 10!!
