  • Hi - I have been on The Fast Metabolism Diet for 2.5 weeks with my twin sister and daughter. It's restrictive but working well. Have lost 7 pounds and feel good.

  • Okay i am not doing this totally right - cd not for the life of me do day 3 last night! So today went to gym and going to do (2) level 1 sessions so i can keep up with this group! Insane I know - but I have said on this board and will now do it. Will post after i have completed the (2) sessions.!
  • no pre workout snack but do a shake (protein powder with 1 cup unsweetened almond milk and a little cocoa powder. It filled me and then had dinner 2 hours later

  • Did Day 1 of 30 Day Shred last night and went to KokoFitClub for weight work out (30) minutes. A bit sore. Hung my motivation pants up in front of the tv while i did the work out. Think about taking them everywhere with me - sounds kooky but so want to get in them! Looking forward to Day 2 of Level 1 later today!

  • I am 5"5 and its about 7 pounds per pant size - now my twin sister is 5"9 and for her its 10 pounds per pant size. Hope this information is helpful!:flowerforyou:
