I just read The Fast Metabolism Diet after hearing about it from a client that had success. Just like to have some Mfp friends who is following the program. Please add me as a pal & we can do this together.

    Hi - I have been on The Fast Metabolism Diet for 2.5 weeks with my twin sister and daughter. It's restrictive but working well. Have lost 7 pounds and feel good.
