I am a HUGE tea drinker i make two pots a day and end up drinking a ton of tea which is good usually its oolong tea ( good for blocking fat absortion or green tea a metabolism booster and age dyfer antioxidant etc. Anyway what I do is boil it and drink it hot and may sound weird but i fry my vegetables in green tea instead…

I am starting up a Veggie garden :) So far i have two tomato plants, a bell pepper plant, a cayenne pepper plant, a hungarian pepper plant there in pots now cause im worried bout my dog digging them out of the ground. I might make a area of the yard with a fence around the potted plants. I would like to get more tomato…

II LOOVVEE penut butter and pickle sooo soo good also on a multi grain peice of toast melted chedder cheese with slice of tomato and a sardine or cheez whiz instead of real chedder.

Sugar and Breads etc I dont eat bread anymore i drink my coffee black and i also gave up pizza and junk food, Pizza i will have every other week though because it is my absolute favorite food.

Genoa salami or teriyaki chicken with little bit of shredded cheese, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, lots of pickles and olives, cucumber, green/red pepper, and a few banana peppers with sweet onion dressing and light honey mustard on honey oat.

I dont really like the TREADMILL but i do if i am watching a 2 hour movie because then,.I am able to go on it for however long the movie runs!
