Yeah i substitute one of my meals with a protein shake, but i need to be in the range of 60 to 80g and the most i've gotten is 55g! I think i'm going to have to start blending my food with protein powder. :ohwell:

Thank you to everyone :) I'm the type of person that gets discouraged if I do gain a pound haha so I think I'm going to start weighting myself once a week on the same day and also start to measure myself! I hadn't thought of that !! Hopefully it works :D

I was weighting myself daily, but it drives me crazy when I see I haven't lost anything or i gained a pound! :brokenheart: LOL but i think i'm going to start trying to weight myself weekly!

I sent you a request already! Don't worry i also reached the stall and only lost 2 pounds in 2 weeks :( but it's my 4th week already so i'm hoping to pick back up!!

at @cbferriss Thank you so much! I'm going to start doing a little bit more of cardio to see if that helps with the water ! & btw, you look amazing!!! I hope I will get there someday!! I'll be happy to have lost half of what you have :)
