  • Just started MFP again (last time 18 months ago) Going to try and loose weight again but have just broken my toe and cannot exercise easily and my son keeps baking these delicious cakes and I feel so bad saying I cannot eat them! My biggest downfall is biscuits so' just for today' I kept the biscuit box shut!
  • Great post 999tiger very wise words. Will check out link. I think taking it one day at a time is good suggestion cos thinking of bigger picture seems too overwhelming. I have lost weight and put it back on too many times. Would really like to keep it off this time!

I feel bit overwhelmed too cos at beginning of school hols I had about a stone to lose and now have managed to put on over half a stone more again so now have weeks of watching what I eat to try and get weight down.   • It's very boring trying to lose weight when you love food so much. Try to replace foods with very low cal alternatives. I eat tic tacs if i i fancy sweets (only 1cal each) and eat cookie crisp breakfast cereal as chocolate biscuits. 10g of cookie crisp is much less cal than a choc chip biscuit.
