I use a Garmin Vivofit 2 and it picks up most of my WATP steps. Some of the moves are missed when we use the resistance band, but otherwise it's pretty accurate.

Yesterday marked my 3rd Smoke-free month too! I was a pack a day/20 year smoker  I'm sure being smoke-free helps me to do 3-5 miles every day! I own just about all of the WATP dvds, and most recently purchased her Miracle Miles 5 dvd set. I did my first Jessica Smith 10,000 Steps walking dvd this morning. It was a…

I'm stepping in at the end of the month, but I'll be sure to be on time for March's challenge! I have logged 48 miles of WATP dvds for the month of February so far. I skipped a week due to surgery, so I should have had closer to 60 miles. I probably have an addiction to her dvds as I own over 20 of them  And I just…

I was excited at first because I thought this was $9.99 for all 3! LOL Just an FYI that each of these are cheaper on Amazon.

Shoes definitely make a difference! I love my Asics- Gel Kahana 7. I'm overweight and I walk/ jog 3-5 miles a day. I walk on the treadmill, outdoor, and even indoor walking dvds. I also have plantar fasciitis. I'm not in any pain with my new shoes. Check out reviews on Amazon and see if your local department store carries…

My Garmin Vivofit2 is waterproof and doesn't need to be charged, so it never comes off! I'm a teacher too and I'm always looking for excuses to be up and moving around my classroom, but my students are 16-18 years old- they figured me out pretty quickly! Lol

My son suffered with psoriasis all through high school. 2 years ago his dermatologist put him on Humira injections 2x month. His skin is clear and perfect for the 1st time in years since he started the injections.

I started taking 15 mg of Phen on Feb. 12 and have lost 20 lbs. to date :) My doc plans on starting me off low and increasing over the next month or so. Along with my bariatric doc, I am also working with a nutritionist and exercise physiologist. I feel like phen keeps my appetite in check which helps me make good food…

I've been using my Wii for my workouts lately and it's pretty great! Wii Fit, Wii Fit Plus, EA Sports Active 2, The Biggest Loser Challenge, and ALL of the Just Dance titles keep things fresh! Leslie Sansone has some really great DVDs as does The Biggest Loser- they're all pretty cheap through eBay, amazon, and WalMart. If…

Jin Go Lo Ba! I did a few songs from the original JD last night and I forgot how awesome those songs are! My kids asked if they could play with me, and I was like, "Not tonight- Momma needs space" LOL. Don't feel bad tho- I have 4 teenagers (yes FOUR!), so they get over stuff pretty quickly ;)

My ecig is awesome! I quit smoking and have been happily vaping 0 nic for a long time. Most days I don't even use it- but it is great for dealing with social smokers or on days when I'm having a bad craving.
