Try this to get your macros figured. I got it from the keto subreddit. http://keto-calculator.ankerl.com/

I really like the way keto keeps me even all day.

I went to the gym 6 days this week. Everyday they were open!!

You can do it. Not quite at 1200 consistently but at 6'3", 330 eating 1200-1400.

I think it's around 1% of total body weight per week is suppose to be good sustainable loss.

Wow, great job. I just got insanity a couple days ago. Planning on starting it after a few weeks of heavy swimming. Hope I can press play for 90 days.

I made this with some stuff around the kitchen. For the bread crumbs I just crumbled a slice of whole wheat bread. Tossed in about 4oz of whipped Greek yogurt. About a quarter cup of shredded Cheese. Add some spices. I did black pepper, ground red pepper, chili powder and garlic powder. Try to evenly coat the top and…

One of my best friends weddings is coming up. I don't want to look like crap in that album for the next 60 something years. Too bad it's in two weeks and I just got back started again. Staying on is hard, I was jobless and dealing with some personal issues. It cost nearly a year of work, but regret is a useless state.

I got a Polar FT4 from BestBuy in December. $55. Easy to use. 1. Put the watch and the strap on. 2. Tell the watch when to start 3. Tell the watch when to stop. That's it.

This is from Thug Kitchen, I'm sure you can use a substitute for the sugar. Also, check out his blog. Mostly lowcal, always entertaining. "LAVENDER LEMONADE 5 cups of water 1/2 -3/4 cup sugar (yeah, it is ****ing lemonade. without the sugar it is just real sour ****ing water) 3/4 cup Meyer lemon juice, about 6 lemons (you…

Hey Kristin! I not a cosplayer but a pretty big video games/anime nerd. I wouldn't mind going to a convention but def wanna get more fit to go as someone awesome. I do practice some martial arts, and I like to think its because I'm anime and stuff. Kind of like cosplay. This is my second round on MFP, I lost like 40 pounds…

Oh wow, Yeah So I definitely thought I posted this in the Tennessee Locals Message Board. It above this one on my list. Anyways thanks info Allan!

I need these in my life.

Everyone is right, 5 pounds in a month is good. If you feel like it should have been more, I would check your salt levels. That water weight can be pesky.

I definitely need some friends and support. I was very successful about a year and a half ago on MFP and lost like 45 pounds. Then, I quit my job and went back to school as well as started working at a BBQ restaurant. Big mistake right there. Anyways I just turned 25 last friday. I try to support my MFP friends as much as…

I still have a problem with this. It was mostly due to drinking and partaking of some Mary Jane on the weekends. These days I've come to accept that it's more to due with justification to yourself than anything else. Saying things like: I already broke my diet might as well eat what I want, I'll be bad today and be really…

The 60 days will be over before you know it! I hear the competition in Florida is stiff Good Luck with your training and great luck with the cut.

Ask your instructor before going out and getting a hrm. I'm not allowed to wear anything on my wrists in classes. But to answer your question, I do exactly as SusannaMarie. Works well for me.

When I'm being shut down my go to is a Fake Low and go high roundhouse. I dunno where you're allowed to kick in your school but even if you're not allowed their hands will probably come down.

I train in Nashville, TN at Zanshin Dojo. Instructor is Eric Silver, Black belt under Hickson. I have heard this from a few people. Lord knows rolling I'll have plenty of chances to practice. Focusing on escapes and sweeps it is then. The majority of my success has been Armbars from some kind of mount or side control…

Hey Guys! I've been really slacking since November. Been eating better and exercising for a few weeks, and am finally logging all my food again. I must admit how disappointing it is to have put back on some pounds, but thats just more motivation. I did however weigh myself nearly twice a day most of the time I was on…

I don't know much about Muay Thai but some general advice I can do. The Biggest thing is to stay calm and relaxed. When you're relaxed, you are: quicker, more flexible, you breathe better and when you do get hit it hurts less. Breathing is huge in any martial art, it can calm you down, make you strike harder, keep you…

I'd have to say bottom but only by a little.

Hey Guys, I'm still fairly new to Jiu Jitsu. I'm really starting to feel comfortable rolling and keeping base. However, as with all newer practitioners, I am feeling a little inept on the attacking front after getting tapped time after time. Really I'm just asking y'all what would be a good technique (or set-up) to work on…

Not a real fair fight, however I wouldn't object to a transgender division.

Its a TKD based system. They saw a weakness with how its taught currently in the strikes and ground game. So its mostly TKD with some jujitsu to help get well rounded. It also incorporates Hapkido, Aikido, Judo, and Escrima.

Hey, guys. I'm fairly new to BJJ. Just a couple months under my belt. I train in Nashville at Zanshin Dojo with Eric Silver. Still really bad but super excited about a Ryron seminar March 23rd. Hoping to move up to the next level before that. Oh if anyone's around Nashville and interested in attending let me know and I…
