I heard that if you put the onion in the freezer for a few minutes before cutting it it reduces the tears. Also try to focus on breathing through your mouth rather than through your nose. Hope that helps :)

yeah that makes sense. I just don't want to underestimate too much because I'm trying to start eating the right amount of calories. Ive been restricting calories way too much for the past 2 years and all its done is damage.
