Yeah Im starting out cutting the breads and starches out... which leaves room for fruit and veggies which I love. I tried to go pescatarian but that didnt work out for long.... My family loves meat .... it was too much temptation going on lol but if I cut out the bread and other stuff I should be fine plus with me working…

Oh wow... I never knew fruits had so many crbs for such a small amount. I like to learn new things... i can see that I have some serious reading to do. Im not saying that I would go 100% into the low carb thing but I take bits and pieces from a lot of different things and see what works for me.

That sounds great.... i cut my carbs but not so low.... And I was told to stay away from red meat because it doesnt digest fast but in all reality I havent really lost much weight so when I say people saying that they were loosing weight on a low carb/ high fat diet I was intrigued. Im exploring different methods right now…

Yes this helps a lot... thank you... All of the post seemed to be about pork grinds, heavy cream, cream cheese pancakes... I didnt know what to think... and then when I did a little snooping most of them were still heavy. So I didnt see the logic. But thank you for explaining. Maybe they are just doing it wrong lol

Thanks everyone... I was so confused lol. All these people loosing weight using things I was told to stay away from, I thought they were crazy!!! But I get it now... They were still at a caloric deficit so they lost still... Thanks again.

I agree ... i used herbal life and lost 40lbs in 3 months. I didnt take all of the pills just the tea and replacement shakes (plus exercise). Good Luck
