That's great... keep it up! How do you keep your energy level to the point where you go almost every day? Im a newbie and I barely have the energy for three days a week. Any post workout supplements?

Wow, I never knew there was a certain speed to start off at. Today I completed day 1 week 1 and I walked at 3.5 and when the program told me to jog I kicked it up to 5.0 and back down to 3.5 when I was told to walk again. I was able to complete the entire session today without getting too tired but I hope I'm not overdoing…

My goals for April are to hit the gym 3x a week and lose at least 10 pounds. Ive lost 16 pounds so far but i havent been in the gym like i need to. So im going to work really hard at that.
