My GOALS for April are _____! April Accountability Thread!

Hey everyone so with 3 more hours left in the month of march here according to est , let's bring APRIL in with a bang and keep that spark going through the whole month of april my friends! So to hold each other accountable we have to know what your goals are for this month! Maybe you have goals that are for the whole month , maybe you have daily goals, maybe weekly goals. Whatever goal is it that you have...WE WANT TO HEAR THEM LOVES!!! You can start out small or go big time ! So without further a due,

I personally have daily goals! So I will post here everyday!
Feel free to add me as an accountability partner as well ill gladly accept it !

So for April 1st, 2013, I plan on doing 500 squats and 100 push-ups ! :D

    Get to kickboxing at least 3x a week -- I've been horrible at going to the gym with the holidays and so much travel!

    My goals for April are:

    - Continue with and complete 30DS
    - Eat no chocolate until I reach my next mini-goal
    - Lose 5kgs.
    - Keep drinking 3L water a day

    Start the 30 day squat challenge
    Keep going to muay thai 2 x a week
    Do a fitnessblender workout 4 days a week

    My goals for April are to hit the gym 3x a week and lose at least 10 pounds. Ive lost 16 pounds so far but i havent been in the gym like i need to. So im going to work really hard at that.

    DO NOT EAT FOOD JUST BECAUSE IT IS THERE!
    PLAN OUT MEALS AND STICK TO THE PLAN.
    DRINK MORE WATER
    MOVE MOVE AND MOVE SOME MORE SHOOTING FOR 4 WORKOUTS OF 30 MINUTES A WEEK,

    *continue to prepare for 3K at the end of the month

    1) Work Out 5 days a week.
    2) Lose 6 - 8 pounds by end of April
    3) Drink 10 glasses of water every single day
    4) Get on a 40:30:30 Carb/protein/fat ratio

    It's already April here :)

    So, my goals are :

    1) Start the C25K program again and complete first four weeks:) - Already completed D1 W1

    2) Increase my protein intake to average 20-25% of my macros

    3) Lose 5 pounds

    4) Strength train/work out atleast 3 times a week (in addition to C25K)

    5) Drink 10 glasses of water every day.

    6) Eat more veggies

    2. Workout 4-5x per week

    3. Lose an avg of 2 pounds per week

    My goals
    1. Workout twice a day most days.
    2. Run the pear blossom 10 mile in less than 90 minutes.
    3. Complete five pull ups.
    4. Log my calories and don't binge eat!
  • My April goals!! If anyone wants to add me, I'm in need of friends for encouragement! I love this idea, and I'll be sure check in daily. :)

    1. Track everything all month long.

    2. Set up a workout space in my bedroom.

    3. Fit comfortably in my size 16's. I refuse to go up to an 18!

    4. Walk every day at work.

    5. 50 miles: Walk, Jog, or Run.

    6. Complete the 30 Day Squat Challenge.

    7. Start C25K.

    1. Go to kickboxing 2x's per week. Do cardio 3x's per week.
    2. No cheat days.
    3. Stick to tdee - 20%
    4. Only weigh in on the 15th and the 30th
    5. Focus on inches and be patient!

    First of all...do way better this month because March sucked (totally my own fault)

    I joined the squat challenge so, complete that
    Excercise 5x a week
    I'm cutting dairy out tomorrow to see if that helps with some issues I'm having, if not, on to gluten?
    Drink more water
    Start drinking my shakes again
    Start Turbo Jam & Hip Hop Ab's
    No fast food
    And most importantly...no excuses!

    My goal is to lose 10 pounds by the end of April!
    no refined sugar (or added sugar)
    8 glasses of water a day
    some form of exercise every day - Curves, jogging, Zumba, shoot baskets, etc.
    walk every day
    try my yoga DVD
    hand weights exercises every day
  • 1. Lose 12 pounds.
    2. Finish the C25K program.
    3. Lose at least an inch off of my waist.
    4. Be able to do 16 push ups at one time.
    5. No cheat days this month!

    2. Increase my cardio - have slacked off....

    3. Not fall off the wagon while in Vegas!

    4. Pick up my running for the 8km I am doing in May

    Hello,
    I'm brand new to the program and just love it!
    My Goals for April are:

    *To Login -Everything
    *To follow the program and stay within my 1200 calories not over or under
    *To exercise Every day-even if it's just 10-20 minutes
    *To attend Hot Yoga at least 3X per week ALL MONTH
    *To find the $$ to join Hot Yoga again next month
    *To Lose 10-15Lbs on or before April 30, 2013
    *To Lose 10-15 inches on or Before April 30,2013
    *To Sleep 6-8 hours every nite
  • 1. UP MY WATER INTAKE!!!!
    2. Increase weight
    3. Increase stamina during cardio
    4. Lose 5lb
    5. One Cheat Meal every TWO weeks, no Alcohol
    6. Get more sleep

    I think that sticking to your plan and losing 5 lbs is a perfectly good goal. Your goals should be about what you want and what you think is reasonable and sustainable for you. Don't compare yourself to others!
  • my goal is to get the cottage cheese off of my thighs. I have already settled to wearing one piece bathing suits this summer...but you cannot hide the legs...so that is my goal. Any help on the specific exercises to get the front and sides of my thights cheese free?

    1) To lose another 10 pounds
    2) Complete my 2 mile walk at home program
    3) Raise $150 for my upcoming Autism Walk

    My March Goals were
    1) lose 10 pounds (Completed)
    2) log in every day ( Completed)
    3) Complete my 1 mile walk at home program ( completed)
    4) Get registered for the NEPA Autism Walks 2013 walk (completed)

    Dead Lift over 500 lbs.. current 1 Rep Max 485 lbs
    Squat 440 lbs .. current 1 Rep Max 425 lbs
    Bench Press 275 lbs ... current one rep max 250 lbs

    Run at least 5 Miles a week.
    Eat at least 4000 Healthy(ish) Calories a Day

    And be awesome (already did that 372 last months, but because it comes natural to me, Ill just keep that streak going)
