My GOALS for April are _____! April Accountability Thread!

I want to lose 5 pounds in April,I need to break out of the 130's.
-I will exercise -even if its only for 10 minutes- everyday.
- Drink more water.0 -
My goals:
#1 Keep doing what I have been doing!
#2 Lose the 4lbs of water I'm holding from the ham by April 3
#3 See 239.? before writing Uncle Sam his check on April 15
#4 See 237 by the end of April (-20 overall)0 -
1. Stay on track with the next 4 weeks of the Fight for Air Climb training program. That will put me at climbing 60 flights of stairs and jogging 16 minutes with 4 1-minute walking intervals.
2. Find my tape measure and take some measurements. Not of me. Just random things.
3. Lose at least 5 pounds, but preferably more like 8 if I want a chance at winning the Fitness Challenge.
4. Get my bike in riding condition again.0 -
My March Goals were
1) lose 10 pounds (Completed)
2) log in every day ( Completed)
3) Complete my 1 mile walk at home program ( completed)
4) Get registered for the NEPA Autism Walks 2013 walk (completed)

My goals;
1) Stick with Kettleworx program (3 times a week)
2) Spinning class (twice a week)
3) Lose 5-8lbs by end of April
4) DRINK MORE WATER

My goal for April: To be in the late 160's.. that's really all I want.. :flowerforyou:0

1. Stick to my meals as planned
2. Do not go over my calories
3. Start the C25k
4. Lose atleast 5lbs
5. Finish 30 day squat challenge

My goals:
Lift 3x a week
Drink water daily
Avoid sweets generally
Get back into the habit of swimming
Going to the gym in the morning
Log in everything instead of shirking away from it0 -
1. Make sure to drink at least 80 oz of water each day.
2. Eat at least 5 servings of whole/fresh fruits and veggies each day.
3. Get to the gym *at least* 3 days/week for strength training (since my increased activity only aggravated my foot injury last month, I've been slacking on any physical activity for the last 2 weeks for fear of increasing my pain again)
4. Make sure to do my PT stretches at least twice a day
5. Track my food/be honest with myself.
6. Laugh more.
6. Hug my kids more.
7. Test out my foot by taking the dogs for walks by myself at least twice a week...if that works, maybe start C25K by the end of the month??0 -

2. To drop 5-8 pounds by end of April

I already completed one of my goals! Yesterday I did five consecutive pull ups! So my new goals are
1. Six pull ups!
2. Complete pear blossom in less than 90 mins.
3. Log all calories and no bingeing. (Some what failed this yesterday after I made home made chicken pot pie yesterday. Yum!)
4. Workout twice a day most days.0 -

Well weigh in day was today and I normally do evening weigh in ( for Slimming world but not able to go to class today) so weighed this morning then just for giggles did my usual evening weigh in + 2lb difference just today - so looks like I am up 1 lb this week.... crikey sucking at this calorie counting big time. 2 weeks in a row I hav put on !!! :sad: .. I know my food is not super good some days but it fits in my count...... I will carry on for a few more weeks then re look at things... Maybe I should not eat back my workout cals this week and see what happens... I WILL eat MORE fruit & veg.....

I am revisiting my goals since we are halfway through the month.
I completed six pull ups yesterday! Wool new goal is seven. I finished the 10 mile pear blossom run with an average mile time of 940. Feeling GREAT about that. I have not been recording calories and I have been reading way to much. So I need to work on that. I have been doing two workouts a day so that goal is going well. New goal for this month : run a mile and a half in ten minutes!0
