I have a 3 year old girl and a 8 year old boy with special needs. I can't get outside much to exercise so I invested in myself and bought a new treadmill this year and last year an elliptical. I either try to get up really early before the kids are awake or do it after work while the kids watch TV. I am going to try and…

Awesome job!

I need to do both myself because I have been so upset with how the scales has been doing me. I lost 20 lbs then like 2 days later gained back 4 lbs and have not been able to get it back down. However, I am eating right and exercising almost every day without eating my calories back. At least I know I am not alone in the…

Yes it is a waist of money!

Looks good, bump!

You are doing an awesome job! Way to go! Looking good!

They say that you could eat something like .88 to 1 for every lb you weigh. I eat way more than MFP suggests.
-
You can add me, and remember its not rather others log in everyday, it is rather you do! Its hard but I do it even when I am bad.
-
I continue to log even on the weekends, I usually eat more calories on the weekend but I also work out and burn more calories on the weekend. I try to never go over my 1400 calories plus my burned calories though. I would rather see the results on the scale then to just not do something simple as logging my food in.
-
Anyone-feel free to add me, I log on everyday and check to see how my friends are doing! I like friends!

I drink anywhere from 75 to 100 oz a day, depending on how hard I work out that day!
-
I use 12 oz of unsweetened almond milk, one scoop of protein powder, 1 cup to 1 1/2 of froozen strawberries and blend. It makes a big protein shake that is yummy. I usually start drinking it as I drive to work. I also sometimes do oatmeal already heat it up and then when I get to work I just add my cinnamon, splenda, and…

I so understand your fusterations there. I have a supervisor who is the HR/Office Manager, does not know anything about accounting and yet tries to tell me how to do my job. Let me just go by telling you that i have been doing accounting for 14 years and I have my 4 year degree. She may have been doing her HR job for years…

Be very proud of what you have accomplished. You are on the right track! 50 lbs in 5 months wow! Great job! You look great!
-
Yes, I think you will see a difference, it took me until the 2 week to really notice but then all of a sudden it happened. Keep us posted how your do.
-
Yes, I take it 3 times a day 30 mins before my meals.
-
I have also been taking it for 2 to 3 weeks now and I have lost 9lbs in 2 weeks time. Now some of that was water retention but I can tell you I lost at least 2 to 3 lbs each week that was not water retention. I am not doing anything different and I was stuck in the same place for 4 or 5 weeks.

Amazing! You look great! I love reading success stories like your own. It gives me encouragement to know I can do this, no matter how much I have to lose!

Great job you look beautiful! It amazes me that you lost so much in a short time. I have lost a total of 46 lbs in a year! However, it is 46 lbs I don't weigh!
-
I have a great one but not with me. So I am bumping this for later. The one I use has corn flakes crushed, and it about 120 per 4 ozs of skinless boneless chicken breast.

One other thing I really like is egg substitue, with some onion and froozen mixed bell peppers and some salsa. You can do that for about 150 to 200 calories or less depending on how much egg substitute you use. I even make a wrap out of it which is 80 calories more.
-
For about 285 calories, I do 12 oz of unsweetened almond milk, one scoop of protein powerder (140 calories), and 2 cups of froozen no sugar added strawberries and blend it together. I put a little splenda in it to sweeten it up a bit. Or I do oat meal 150 calories, with my protein drink of just (unsweetened almond milk and…

Great job! You look amazing! I hope to do as good as you have!

They say it is important to eat at least 1200 a day for women. When you only eat 300 in a day your body will think you are starving it and then it can hold onto calories and fat instead of burning it. I am set at 1400 a day without exercise and I have decided that I am going to eat back 50 to 75% of my exercise calories.
