Green Coffee Bean Extract

Has anyone used Green Coffee Bean Extract? Any success? Or any drawbacks?

    I have been taking it for two weeks now. The first week, I religiously tracked my calories and worked out six days of the week. The second week, I only worked out once and was not very good about what I ate. I did this because I wanted to see if the green coffee bean extract would still help, and it did. I lost two pounds each week. I'm convinced that if I had not been experiencing PMS symptoms the weight loss would have been more significant.

    Are you taking this 30 min before each meal?
  • I have also been taking it for 2 to 3 weeks now and I have lost 9lbs in 2 weeks time. Now some of that was water retention but I can tell you I lost at least 2 to 3 lbs each week that was not water retention. I am not doing anything different and I was stuck in the same place for 4 or 5 weeks.
  • Yes, I take it 3 times a day 30 mins before my meals.

    Good to know. I just got a bottle and started it last night. I've been stuck since the spring because I can't seem to get my cravings under control. I noticed that this helped me a lot yesterday so I'm hoping with my exercise and good diet in place this will help push me past that road bump I've been at for awhile now.

    Yes, I think you will see a difference, it took me until the 2 week to really notice but then all of a sudden it happened. Keep us posted how your do.
