burgers especially (beef + cheese!) I just mentioned steak so as to not confuse the effects of eating dairy and meat together. Thanks for the help guys, I think I will make a point of avoiding it in the cafeteria for now.

I use coconut milk instead of regular milk and that makes it sweeter. For toppings, I use coca powder, vanilla extract, and bananas :) nom nom

I'll have an omelet (egg+laughing cow) and a piece of orowheat bread or some plain greek yogurt with strawberries :) if you need high fiber, munch on some baby carrots, they're great!
