Hi!
I'm looking for some great breakfast, that is high in fibers, is at least a bit low fat, includes proteins and vitamins [maybe eggs, fruits and vegetables] :)
Suggestions please! :D

I alternate between 2 eggs & wheat toast, or oatmeal with greek yogurt, walnuts, fresh fruit and honey. I usually go for the oatmeal on the days that I run - great energy for that.

I'll have an omelet (egg+laughing cow) and a piece of orowheat bread or some plain greek yogurt with strawberries :) if you need high fiber, munch on some baby carrots, they're great!

Why low fat? Just make some eggs (any way you like them), a bit of fruit and lots of veggies. The fat and protein of the eggs, and the fiber of the fruits and veggies will help keep you full and give you energy for the day.
