  • Thank you. I do feel committed. ha ha can't see me running a marathon. That would floor my family and I would be so elated.
  • I realize it is only water weight but 5 pounds less this morning. Know I shouldn't weigh everyday but I can't help it. Realize no need to sit here and put this out on computer but it fools me into thinking I'm conversing with others. Rantings of an old woman!
  • I did well. 1400 cal and 30 min walk but only 1 glass of water

  • Thank you everybody. You are my support group. Today will be 1600 cal. a 30 min walk and 8 glasses of water.
  • Would love to join you on this journey. I am 62 and bmi is 34 and I need to go to 25 also. I have always struggled. Weight use to come off easier. Now it just goes on and doesn't come off. I have decided to count calories eat healthy and start walking as exercise. I will watch your journey and cheer for you.
  • I'm following weight watchers but have not rejoined. Using points plus. I've lost 2 pounds this past week. My goal is 5 pounds a month. I have a trainer at gym his diet was way to boring. I love the WW plan it works I just having a hard time sticking to anything.
