I am a yoyo dieter. What I wouldn't give to weigh what I started at so many years ago on a quest to thinness. Now it is a quest of healthy living. At present I want to change eating habits. A normal BMI would be 25 for me I am at 34.
I have been down this road many times. Never stayed with anything. I want to do some activity and be committed to. I do walk 30 min but not every day. What is best cardio, strength training etc. I am 62 and a good 40 pounds overweight.
