I am working my way up to TDEE-15% as advised bt EMTWL. I was told to increase about 100-200 calories each week until eating TDEE-15% Why must I eat back the calories I work off????? For me, when I have a bad day/s, I wake up, put on the exercise DVD and just do it. It doesnt matter if I dont feel like it. I never feel like it. So I just force myself to do it, then it's done. If you havent managed to get over the past issues, seek a therapist and allow them to explore options with you and help you realise what it is that is holding your mind back xxx
