Hi Kellster, What i recommend is eating cleaner calories. A. Look up paleolithic diet). http://www.thefoodee.com/ for recipees. B. Doing High intensity exercises/circuit training with Weights. If you have a Crossfit Gym close by i recommend joining that. Hope it all works out for you. All the best Joe
