  • Hi Rob - Welcome and I do so agree - counting really bites. This site makes you be honest with yourself. I'm working at getting my A1C down (I'm diabetic) so I won't have to start insulin. I love the fact that my extra work outs count for something, too. Keep smiling~
  • I've also done it twice - the first time I lost 60 lbs. and kept it off for over a year. The second time didn't go so well and I ended up gaining everything back between the two times.
  • Another option to try is chewing gum if your ears aren't waxed up. Might help.

  • Help! About 3 weeks ago someone posted a recipe for Banana Oat Bran Muffins. They contained no flour and applesauce instead of oil. I can't find my recipe. They were great if you wanted something to nosh on with out feeling guilty. Thanks
  • I'm bad at having to have a snack between 8 - 10pm. I've just gotten into the routine of making it healthier. Examples? 100 cal popcorn, 1/2 each orange and grapefruit and even a SMALL dish of ice cream or frozen yogurt. :smile: The noshing only gets worse if you deny yourself. Keep at it!
