I make a HUGE salad on sundays for the week...lettuce/spinach/broccoli/carrots/cauliflower/red onion/pepper/cucumber/red cabbage...love it and then I change up dressings so I don't get bored...low cal low fat varieties

I only weigh 2x week at the most...usually just once...same day same time same scales

just made it to my 10pd loss too...seriously considered food but changed my mind...bought myself a new camera attachment...decide on a budget and get yourself something you want!

thanks for all the great advice! a lot of things pointed out that I wouldn't have considered! still a bit torn...afraid that if I never have certain foods I will end up going off the deep end with it but at the same time I know it is a very short lived moment...so maybe a reward of another kind would be better....…

had a check up lately?...I felt the same way...I am 42 and my vitamin d was almost non existant! made a big difference!

Find a good allergist---FOOD ALLERGY TEST---my son had it and also has asthma....he is 12 now and better but allergic to peanuts, eggs and shellfish....these type things usually go hand in hand....I would get him tested for sure!

I try and remind myself that I know what it taste like and how I will feel if I eat it and that works most of the time for me!

great mexican casserole with scoops (serving size only) and a HUGE salad!

I am careful with the dressing...no nuts and usually no cheese. I like to eat a LARGE salad tho...trying to fill up before the "real" food...but so many of the choices for salads are a wide range of calories.
