does this calorie count sound right?
making sauteed zuchinni and squash....sprayed pan with olive oil...only seasoning is season all 0 calories...database for homemade says 248 for 2 cups ...does this sound right?

REWARDS?
I told myself when I began MFP about 1 month ago that I would reward myself with some wonderful favorite food when I got to the 10pds lost point...I am at 8 pounds so that 10 pd point is approaching. Just curious if this is a good idea or not? Does anyone reward themselves and if so..with food? is that too dangerous?

which of the "fats" on our food section is the best one to keep up with...aka...which is the worst one to have the most of?

too many eggs?
I have been eating 1 or 2 boiled eggs for breakfast...need high protein to keep me from snacking...is this too much...don't think I have a cholesterol problem.

I have added in meals I make at home with each ingredient...but a little worried at how I choose a serving from this and getting the calories for my serving correct...how do I know it's right?

egg noodles
searching for new recipes and have noticed egg noodles popping up a lot but my son is allergic to eggs....is there a good substitution or just any noodle or pasta will work?

first mfp weekend
I just started last Tuesday and would love to add active/supportive friends...I was so worried about being home this weekend and eating too much unlike being at work and all i have is what I brought with me...but I did ok even with my favorite casserole for dinner....weigh in is on Thursday and I really want that zero off…

this might be a stupied question but....
salad...there are a milion variations so in calculating calores for a simple homemade salad...lettuce..cabbage..carrots..brocolli..cauliflower..bell pepper..cucumber..red onion...just basic ingredients...any amount is ok? 1 cup or 2 or 5....any amount of raw veggies is ok?

will I ever feel "full" again?
I just started mfp last Tuesday...next weigh in will be on Thursday. I have stayed under my calories everyday and will start Yoga next week...my problem is trying to eat less and better...I never really feel full which leaves me ALWAYS thinking about food! Anyone else with this problem?

weekends
I just started mfp on Tuesday and have done well with my calories so far..I am worried about the weekend. I bring my food to work with me so what I have is all I can get to...at home everything is available...this worries me! Any helpful ideas or tips?
