I have added in meals I make at home with each ingredient...but a little worried at how I choose a serving from this and getting the calories for my serving correct...how do I know it's right?

That can be a little tricky... If, say, you're making a casserole or cake that 's in a square or rectangular dish (8x8, 9x13), it's easy to tell how many servings there are because it's how many pieces you cut the cake or casserole into. However, with something like a skillet meal, it can be a little harder to know for sure - I usually just eyeball these and assume at least 4 servings so I try to take a quarter of what's in the skillet when I plate the food.

Soup/stew can be easier if you make it ahead of time and put it in containers. When you scoop it out of the stew pot, use a measuring ladle or your favorite liquid measuring cup and count up the cups as you transfer from the pot to another container.
I did this the other night when I made a soup - I knew it should come out to about 10 cups but I made some slight changes in the recipe so I wanted to know for sure. Soups and stews are usually better the 2nd night anyway, IMHO.

I'm not one to measure every little thing though so most of the time I just guesstimate... I'm not the fastest loser but I think I've made pretty good progress considering. :)

I'd say you'd made better than "pretty good progress" -- great accomplishment.
