I just started mfp on Tuesday and have done well with my calories so far..I am worried about the weekend. I bring my food to work with me so what I have is all I can get to...at home everything is available...this worries me! Any helpful ideas or tips?

I like to "pack" my lunch on the weekends, just like I would on weekdays. I put it all in my little tupperware containers so that it's premeasured and preplanned. Other than that, I leave the house as much as I can and try to keep snacking to at least the healthy stuff.0
