Sorry for the late posting! Here is todays challenge and the challenges for the weekend as well incase I dont have time to post. Day 6 – 15 Minute Walk (fast paced) Day 7 – 5 portions of Fruit and Veg Day 8 – 20 Push ups Day 9 – 40 Crunches

Just a heads up as I dont have time to post properly till tomorrow but looking at a fruit and veg challenge and then a exercise minutes challenge subject to change but just wanted to give you guys an idea

Yes sorry its hard to account for those that are eating back all or some of there exercise calories so if you predict the average calories that you are going to be eating each day then input that instead :)

Really sorry for the lack of clarification I was unable to get on the forum to post this weekend. The idea is to do as many of the circuit as you can over the course of the day. For example you could divide everything by 3 and try it that way :) if this is too much for you due to injury set yourself a lower target or miss…

Well I was considering doing something similar and I was hoping that you would want to continue with the water challenge.

Well the idea is to do things you don't normally do but if it is a problem set yourself a target that is achievable for you. Don't be worry there will be other non cardio exercise challenges in other weeks :)

Yes just set a number of steps and try beat it as the spreadsheet will give us scores out of 10 at the end of the week :)

Glad the challenge seems to be working for you :) I have succeeded everyday so far I'm so proud as I really struggle so I hope I can continue as I don't want to have a zero next to my name :D

Points can be logged on the spreadsheet under tab challenges however it isnt quite ready but will be done in time for the challenge :smile:
