Rold Gold brand pretzel sticks are only 100 calories per 53 sticks! Salty and tasty too. I keep a bag handy constantly and have lost a ton of weight despite eating 150 sticks a day. Also - A frozen fudge bar - yes i said fudge bar - is only 100 calories. Look for the weight Watchers brand and they have only 1g fat too.

It wont make you gain an ounce. Remember this for a day in the future when you need a reward. If you dont occasionally give yourself a treat you may find it harder than necessary to stay on your plan. Dont sweat it.

Essentially there is no down side to eating a lot of protien. If you do any exercising the added protien will help build muscle.

Have you ever heard of "FullBars"? They worked pretty well for me. Otherwise I eat apples. They are filling and very low calorie.

If you can get some cardio exercise in today you can add those calories to your meal. Otherwise I like to eat a can of solid white albacore tuna. Very high in protien for the calories.
