My favorite part of my journey would have to be just how GOOD my body feels vs. how sore I am when I dont workout for days...I love getting out of my car or picking something up off the ground and feeling my core strength!

JUst finished my first Push Circuit 1 workout. Im afraid I just don't have another bicep curl in me! (Maybe tonight with 3lb weights??) I can barely type right now Im shaking so hard!!!

Love the Turbos! Running is ok I guess though Ive spent my whole like hating it...I just dont think Im that good at it! Spinning is ok...It gets the job done and is fun when you go with a friend...I got burnt out on spinning so Im on a break now...Interested in trying out Indo-Row...Its a group rowing class...INTENSE!!!

Tomorrow is a rest day for me on my schedule but I owe a Core workout so I might go do a sculpt or a yoga class. The weather cooled off a bit so ill throw in a 20 min run for the challenge! Sliced strawberries or nectarines with nonfat greek yogurt on top and a drizzle of honey...SO good and it gets me closer to hitting my protein numbers!!

Spinning has really helped reel my bum and thighs in!! Still juicy, yet more refined!

I h ave a heart rate monitor so I log what it tells me...TRX is a great workout...I average 450 ish for a 55 min class...Before I had my HRM I logged my TRX classes at 300 cal.
