yum :) I prepare my breakfast in the evening, put some frozen berries in a bowl and then add some plain greek yogurt, put it in the fridge and in the night the berries defrost and flavor the yogurt really nicely, really low calorie and no need for any other sweeteners in the yogurt

I just add some nutella to fruit, e.g. apple, banana or some strawberries, stops me craving chocolate!!

there is an app called run keeper and I use that for running, walking, cycling etc. Its more accurate than MFP and it calculates your calories burned, speed, distance etc, so then just take calories from that and quick add them on MFP :)
