You and me both. My beloved family has 2 types of female bodies, skinny & nicely proportioned and pears. Guess which side I'm lucky to be on? Sigh. It's like... I'm at the point where I have a flat stomach, but my jeans are still a 10 (or up depending on the store) because of my thighs.

I leave the house or occupy my mind with something. Or find something I want more than the cravings - ie, I'd rather not exercise to make up for the extra calories, ESPECIALLY when I feel bloated. :D

If you're going to use cauliflower, are you going to "rice" it first? I know cauliflower has a high water content, so I don't know if it would make your meatballs soggy.

I used to eat about... 500 calories' worth of tortilla chips. If I tried to eat that much calories' worth of bulkier food (broccoli/cauliflower/vegs), I'd be full before I got to a quarter of the calories. It's a matter of choosing more filling food that will fall within your macros.

See a doctor/nutritionist and ask for a plan to work with. With your background, and medical condition (that "stomach problem" thing especially), it might not be as simple as you think.

Yeah, since beginning this, I haven't been near a bakery at all. I can't fit cinnamon rolls into my macros at all lol. So avoidance it is. I've also had to give up my nachos and popcorn and pizza. But, if I don't lose the fat for myself, no one will.

A lot of restaurant websites have calories listed on their menu now, don't they? For those that do, log them if you go there. Add a cushion of a hundred calories or so. If they don't try to break it down as much as you can and log that.

Powerade has a lot of sodium, which might be an issue if you're watching that. A 32oz bottle has 375mg sodium, whereas Coke Zero has 107 for the same amount.

Buying protein doesn't really mean anything if you're not cutting calories. At the end of the day, if you ingest more calories than your body needs, you're gonna gain weight.
