Yes, i will try. Im doing insanity so it burns a lot of calories, i will most probably eat most of my calories back :D

Im going to stick to what MFP and my fitbit tells me. To be honest ive spent months trying to figure out how much calories im burning, and how much i should be eating...it bugged me out...so im just going to stick to MFP :) It doesnt over complicates things!

I use a pre-workout if im doing intense cardio. There are so many out there, but the only one ive tried is Beachbody's energy and endurance. It does contain a lot of caffiene., so dont drink it less than 4 hrs before bed. I dont live in the US, so it was hard for me to get my hands on the Energy and endurance formula, but…

Hey. I have one :) It counts the calories you burn according to the amount of steps you take. Cant say for sure its 100% accurate with the calorie burn, but it definitely motivates you to move more, and take more steps. Also you can link it to MFP. You will still need to imput your exercises you do, if you dont take a lot…
