Try to change your attitude. Its a tough transition; its hard when you beat yourself up. Try to find something positive about your body every day, even if its just something small. Once you start loving yourself a bit more, its easier to be healthy, because you can't be healthy if you're just going to go back to eating…

Hey, you can do it. You did it before, so you KNOW you're strong enough already! Feel free to add me. :)

Depends on how it can be broken up. Since you can input recipes into myfitnesspal, it makes it a bit easier to determine that. One you add in all the ingredients you already measured, you can put say… a cup of something as a serving and get the calories from that. :) Its difficult sometimes since you know the food isn't…

My cholesterol is dangerously high (unfortuantely, my doctor did not give me a number), and my blood pressure has been having problems actually. I went from eating around 3000 calories a day to about 1300-ish a day, and most of what I eat now contains or is all vegetables and fruit. I still get protein, but I've cut out…

I'll be moving to the UK fairly soon, actually. I've got about 130 pounds to lose (no way I'll lose it before I go, but still), and it'd be nice to have some support from both sides, you know? <3
