Trying to get back on track

I had baby #3 in September. He is a healthy happy 5 month old.
So last year, most of the year I was pregnant... year before that I lost 96lbs... Well here I am, Up 30lbs post baby and trying to get my mind back to where it was before. Why can't I get motivated again? I am breastfeeding and can't do super low carb like I did before, but I want to start getting this weight off before I gain it all back.
I've been dealing with post baby anxiety and stress a LOT, but I know I can't use that as an excuse. Any words of encouragement would be great. Please add me as a friend. :blush:
