  • I'm on day 7 and although the workout is tough, it goes quickly. I love it! People are starting to see that I'm slimming down even though it's only been a week. These have been the fastest results I've ever achieved! Go for it!
  • It could be the clothes you are wearing. Sometimes the fit can make you appear bigger. You've lost a significant amount of weight. Congrats to you! The other possibility could be that they are just jealous of your success. Lol

  • I did WW for five months. I did lose weight so I know that it works but I feel it can be a little too complicated. Needing to check points for everything was time consuming. MFP is a lot easier and the food database has every food imaginable.
  • I started WW last year and was able to lose 19 pounds in 5 months. Not too successful! I stopped the program because I couldn't really stick to it all the time. But I like MFP much better. I think I will be more successful with this.
  • Hi. I definitely want to join this group. I joined MFP a long time ago but never really stayed with the program. I've never posted in any forums either so I consider myself a newbie. The support would be great!
