Got my Polar FT7 about a month ago and love it.

I'm new to all of this protein powder stuff, but after looking and reading over and over I decided to order Optimum Nutrition Whey Gold Standard(milk chocolate) It has 24 g of protein per serving. I hope I like it :-) Lots of good reviews.

I found myself telling my husband...I need more protein on my plate. I don't count point values anymore, instead I'm saying what else can I eat to reach my macros )
