Thank you for taking the the time to give me such nice info. You are exactly correct. My Wight is 0.3 up compare to last week. Not as bad as I have thought but still not loss as I have been seeing for past 5 weeks. Today is a new day

I am at 1220 cal/day. I try to average the week and stay as close to 1220 as possible my average per day for last two weeks have been 1289 and 1287. However I really find it difficult to stay on target. Some days are harder then other, weekends are the hardest.
