  • Wow, thanks for all suggestions. So far I have stopped buying pop and switched to sparkling mineral water (which I add Pom or lemon juice to). I still have a hard time in the morning saying no to the Monster Absolute Zero my dad religiously buys me. I have been better this week and 2/3 times asked for just a water instead.…
  • Hi Katie, I've done the 30day shred on and off for the last couple years. I've never been to committed to doing all 30 days and trying to get past level 1. I'd love to join you starting on Sept. 1st. I think it will be a great way to keep motivated and make sure I actually follow through. Lauren : )
  • You may just need to ask yourself if having the contest helped push you though the goal deadline. Sometimes it just helps having that specific goal to remind yourself to keep at it. That's usually helps me the most, because if I don't have a deadline then I'll just push it off. So it is really a question of, what will keep…
