I agree! I can't go and get all sweaty and gross at lunch, and then just come back. So, I work out before/after work. To me, it's not an excuse; it's legit to not want to "funk" up the office, lol!

I've got TWO spa gift certificates...when I get half way to my goal, I'm leaving the kids with the hubby and taking an all-day ME DAY!! Two spa trips, nails, hair, toes, maybe some new shoes and jewelry; a couple new outfits...can't go clothes crazy cause I will still have more to lose, but I'm going to do it up BIG!!!!

I have the exact opposite problem - two months of busting my but with good eating and working out - first month I gained 7, now I'm down 4.2. :grumble: :explode: However the inches are falling off...right along with all of my pants, LOL! Way to go! I can definitely see the difference. Next time, just so you can prove it to yourself, wear that SAME outfit and stand in front of the SAME door and then compare the two...you will definitely see it! Well, done, and keep it up!

I generally wear those pairs of undies in my drawer and are JUST a little more snug than the others, and then a pair of leggings, yoga pants, or shorts that are also well-fitted. LOL, deflated balloons! I hear you on THAT!!! After two kids, I don't hold out my hope without a little surgical lift. Well, I'm glad to hear about both sides of the coin.
