Well, corn is not low carb, so it has no place in low carb bread. This just has the same look and consistency of cornbread.

Not sure! Update - I added a bit of flax seed, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic salt and basil and baked it, then added pizza toppings and baked some more. WONDERFUL! And so filling.

Oh man, I am pretty sure losing 8lbs in 2 weeks is not going to lead to a lifetime of unhealthiness. Just cut carbs to lose some quick and then do what they said for maintaining a healthy lifestyle and all that jazz.
