In the morning before I leave for work,I put some boneless skinless chicken breasts (frozen)in crockpot..u can add whatever seasoning with some water. For ex: for soft shell tacos or taco salad I throw a packet of taco seasoning on top of chicken and let it simmer all day. U can change the seasoning up depending on what u are making with it. It's so convenient and of course an excellent source of lean protein.0

Adding to hers, I just made delicious, easy, chicken tacos!
1 envelope Taco Seasoning or 3 tbsp. homemade seasoning
6 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 16-ounce jar Salsa
Combine ingredients into a crock pot and stir to blend the seasoning with the salsa. Cook on high for 3 to 5 hours or on low for 5 hours. When done, the chicken should shred easily when stirred with a fork or shred in your stand mixer.
