sure!! i'd love to try yours.. though when i cook them as a side for breakfast (when i have guests over) its slightly different.. less of the spices and more of canned tomato paste and umm some ketchup.. makes it slightly sweet and goes great with sausages and scrambeled eggs..

dewdrop all of those make sense to log in. plus sleep hours could also be added. i think most of us have bad sleeping patterns, which in itself leads to problems like snacking.. fatigue and inefficiency in workouts. oh and how about also posting in height with weight

i agree. it always helps to log it all in the day before. especially the exercise routine. works as a motivation for me to stick to what i've planned.. though my weight is stuck at what it is :grumble:
