pms and exercise
hi guys! i've been wondering.. how many of you go through this low on energy phase when pmsing.. low enough to make you not exercise. feels easier to go for a brisk walk.. but abs and the rest.. just don't have the energy.. any suggestions on what can be done? :frown: :sick:

hi guys! emm does anyone have any idea about the amount of calories in cooked red beans. homemade. i'm making some right now.. with very little oil in them. so basically its just the red beans. its a great recipe i'm using if anyone's interested. but i'm dying to get an estimate for the calories. p.s. i checked the diary…
