Need help!!

I've been sticking to my workouts (the Playstation 2 EyeToy Kinetic is a great workout), but I've been slacking off on logging all my food. How do you guys stay motivated to track your food?

    Log them the day before, for a couple of reasons, one, is you can eat without having to log every bite because you already have, and 2, so you can plan out your calories so you aren't over or too far under, so you dont' get to dinner time and realize you have no calories left.

    i agree. it always helps to log it all in the day before. especially the exercise routine. works as a motivation for me to stick to what i've planned.. though my weight is stuck at what it is :grumble:
