Awesome job! I've spent the last week tracking what I typically eat just to see how bad it is.. and I definitely see where my calories are going. I plan to really cut back on carbs and processed sugars. I find with little kids, and nursing I have a tendency to starve and binge which I'd like to correct!

I'm drinking the shakes usually 2 times a day with a regular 1200-1600cal intake per day. I've been working out 4-6 times a week (and I try to eat back most of my workout cals) and I find the shakes are really great for a boost post-workout. I'm working hard on my water intake, around 6-9 large glasses a day which combined…
