I agree. I leave to work early morning and when i see people jogging i envy them actually :)

It has lots of nutrients. Dont have i along with food. Have as a meal of its own and it is good for health.

changed my diet pattern. Having fruits for breakfast and snacks.. lost 1.5 kgs in a week now... with moderate exercises
