I agree with the 1200 LC and 1500 HC days. I would adjust it depending on how much you are doing on those days and how you feel. Some people seem to feel fine at those numbers and other feel weak. Good luck!

130 squats done! I also did 63 situps varying styles as well as 30 pushups - not as strong in those but working on it! Good work Ljordan! You do have a goal, getting and staying healthy, Congrats!

The only food prep I tend to do is when I fire up the grill I will cook my meats, mostly chicken all at once and freeze individually to use as needed. Happy Rest Day!

I did not realize today was a rest day and ended up doing my 65. I will rest tomorrow instead. I like chicken with lettuce, cucumber and hummus. The lettuce is the wrap. Yum!

Good Morning all! I did my 50 and counted them as part of a kickboxing routine I did this am. It was almost a half hour of mostly squats....phew! Have a great day!

Go to the second hand stores. A lot of them have some really nice clothes and affordable. They have many dot or color days where things with certain tags are a percentage off the already low price. A couple of new things to you may make you feel better too. Realize your accomplishment. Congrats on your journey so far.

When I do have a splurge day I try to log most in the diary however I do find it hard to add that handful of chips I may have eaten or a spoonful of ice cream. Just keep yourself in check. If you don't give in once in a while it can mean failure at some point.

I don't really know. On my carbs day I have a carb at each meal. For example for breakfast I am having egg whites with peppers and onions and a Portuguese muffin. The muffin is my carb.
