I am starting with the classic plan because that is what I did in the past and after the first week I did not feel deprived. I also found that the weight loss stuck around for a while. I had great results with that method as well. Good luck to you both!

I am on the CTLP but have been very loose with it with summer vacation and kids and a newly developed ulcer. All that being said, you have already friended me but if you have any questions feel free to ask. Just message me. I tend to use the phone access versus the computer and do not get message boards on my phone.

I too have been struggling with the motivation. I have restarted many times and each time I begin I have to change my weight/inches to heavier/bigger. I would suggest you do up your calorie intake especially if you are losing hair. Also did you mention you are not carb cycling? I love the carb cycling.
